Mr. Prafulla is a lawyer by profession. He has extensive experience of 6 years in IP Management, Contract Management and Corporate Consultancy. He is also expert in legal matters related to civil suits, family litigation, labour laws, recovery suits, Consumer complaint and corporate litigation.
Mr. Prafulla is a qualified Law Graduate and is an active member of the Bar Council of Delhi and Delhi High Court Bar Association. An avid networker he has excellent rapport with regulators. He leverages his superb organizational ability for all delivery mandates at Juridico Consultancy & Partners.
Since inception of Juridico Consultancy & Partners, Mr. Prafulla has been playing a crucial role in defining new standards of Intellectual property and legal services in India. He firmly believes that education and qualitative research plays a key role in providing high standard services. In furtherance of this belief he continuously engages himself in various national & international training programs, seminars and professional courses.

He has more than 7 year of experience in the NBFC sector in the field of Secretarial, legal, Finance, Fund Raising, NBFC registration & its related matters, RBI Compliances, Business Development, ESOP, Capital Structuring, Society/Trust Registration, Developing Business Plan, Budgeting, Setting up business model for on-lending, Hand holding & capacity building.
Mr. Ravi has worked with Satin Creditcare Network Limited, Shikhar Microfinance Private Limited and NHPC Limited.

With over 6+ years of experience devising and delivering complex marketing strategies for large brands as well as his own privately owned business venture. His expertise spans all channels of marketing including online, print, social media and more which gives me a holistic approach and ensures he explore all avenues in the pursuit of attracting the target market in any organization.
