Juridico has, over a period of time, developed considerable expertise in the law relating to debt recovery by Banks,  Financials Institutions and Corporate as laid down in the Civil Procedure Code, Negotiable Instruments Act,  Banking Laws, Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act -2002 (SRFAESIA). Juridico has been handling recovery before the DRTs in Delhi NCR as well as appeal before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
